How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your Order Form and payment information, and your order will be processed. Our Sales team will follow up with you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including CASH, PayNow, Bank Transfer, Cheque (Please make cheque payable to: HAWA Catering Enterprise Pte Ltd).

Order require how many days in advance?

At least 3 working days in advance and 5 working days in advance for order with buffet setups.

Can I make changes to the menu after booking?

We allow reasonable menu adjustments up to a certain date before the event. Just be sure to communicate any requested adjustments as far in advance as possible!

How do I know if my order is successfully placed online?

After placing your order online, you will receive an email or wat apps to inform you that your order has been successfully placed. Thereafter, our Sales Team will get back to you within the same day or no later than 1-2 business days to confirm your order.
